This grand home anchoring a corner lot in the heart of Portland Heights was designed by a furniture craftsman, who utilized myrtle, birch and mahogany throughout the home. The classic Colonial Revivial and Craftsman style house has been lovingly expanded and updated over the last century.

Built in 2009, this 6,000 square foot residence looks like a well-preserved gem from a century past, making it a perfect architectural fit in Portland Heights. Modern construction combines with exquisite features commonly found in older houses, offering the best of both worlds.
